We needed a place for the night on our way to Yellowstone and what a gem we found! We stayed in the Moore cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable, the hosts were kind and quick to respond to our messages prior to arrival. But the property! What a gorgeous place! We loved stomping around and stretching our legs. If we are back in the area, we are sure to return.

Great location, off the beaten path, 3 miles down a dirt road, up a mountain. Only complaint is no microwave, no internet but we brought a star link, and no tv. So it could use all 3 things. So bring cards or something to do. It was clean and very cute.

We had the opportunity for a visit this past weekend. We stayed in the yurt which we loved as it was off by itself. Nothing fancy but very functional. Although ..we must comment as all of us noticed that the linens were "like new" clean! It was wonderful. So many trails and a great place to get away. Lauren was so responsive and helpful... couldn't ask for more. We definitely will be back!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I've had the pleasure of visiting during the summer months for the most beautiful wedding venue and winter months to enjoy epic xc skiing. The lodge is gorgeous, the atmosphere feels like home, and I can't speak highly enough of Mark, Lauren, and their family that run the show. Very special people. Homestake Lodge is a gem.
